Today dated 17th November, 2016 (2:00 pm) the Emergency General Body Meeting of MCIOA (Mizoram Computer Institute Owners Association) was held at Merge Computer Centre, Chanmari, Aizawl. The meeting was chaired by me. MCIOA is a registered organization and most of the members are affiliated Institute under the Mizoram State Council for Technical Education, Government of Mizoram.

On Dated 15th October, 2015 I had a chance to take photo with Mr. Pradipta Ghosal, (Head of Projects, The GEORGE TELEGRAPH GROUP) at the Workshop - "Man Power Planning, Industry Linkages for Employment Opportunities and Assessing Skill Development Needs" Organized by International Labour Organization (ILO) and Department of Labour, Employment & Industrial Training (LE&IT), Government of Mizoram at I&PR Conference Hall, Aizawl.
On dated 15th October, 2015 (9:30 a.m.) attended workshop - "Man Power Planning, Industry Linkages for Employment Opportunities and Assessing Skill Development Needs" Organized by International Labour Organization (ILO) and Department of Labour, Employment & Industrial Training (LE&IT), Government of Mizoram at I&PR Conference Hall, Aizawl.
On dated 16th October, 2015 (8:00 am), Mr. Partha S. Banerjee, Director of DEFT Advisory & Research Private Limited and Mr. Shivaji Gupta Roy, Senior Adviser of DEFT Advisory & Research Private Limited visits KCIT, Zarkawt, Aizawl. The DEFT Advisory & Research Private Limited is undertaken ILO (International Labour Organization) sponsored research project in Mizoram entitle "Detailed study for manpower planning, identifying industry linkages for employment opportunities and assessing skill development needs". Thanks to Pu Banerjee and Pu Shivaji for having short discussion.
On Dated 11.5.2016 Morning I had a chance to meet Mr. Subrata Dutta at Hotel Floria, Dawrpui, Aizawl with Mr. Lal (Representative of GTTI for Mizoram State). He is the Director of the George Telegraph Group (Estd in 1920). We had a short discussion & review meeting on the ongoing Projects in Mizoram undertaken by GTTI. It's been an honor/privilege working under him. A part from the Projects, he held important positions such as the Senior Vice President of the All India Football Federation (AIFF), President of The Indian Football Association (West Bengal), Member of Finance Committee Asian Football Federation, Member of Board of Directors - FIFA U17 World Cup 2017, Chairman of Infrastructure Committee FIFA U17 World Cup 2017.
Attended the World Youth Skills Day programme at Chanmari YMA Hall, Aizawl organized by the Labour, Employment & Industrial Training (LE&IT) Department on 15th July, 2016 (11:00 am). Pu Lalrinmawia Ralte, Hon'ble LE&IT Minister was the Chief Guest & Pu T. Sangkunga, Chairman, Mizoram Youth Commission as Guest of Honour respectively. The meeting was Chaired by Pu Benjamina, ID&AS, Commissioner/Secretary of LE&IT Department, Govt. of Mizoram. Students from ITI Aizawl, Trainees under MYC, VTPs, Officers of LE&IT, and Representatives from ILO attended the meeting.
On dated 19th September, 2016, we had a meeting with Mr. Pradipta Ghosal, (Head of Projects, The GEORGE TELEGRAPH GROUP) and Mr. Shobhadeep Chowdhury (Shobu), Senior Executive, GTTI (The George Telegraph Training Institute) at Divine Computer Centre, Dawrpui South, Aizawl. We had a short discussion on the ongoing NULM Projects in Mizoram undertaken by GTTI. Me and Mr. Lal (Lalhmangaiha Hnamte)(Mizoram State Coordinator for NULM Project under GTTI) were presented in the meeting. It's been an honor & privilege working under GTTI.
On dated 14th November, 2016 (11:00 am) attended “Counselling Programme on Employment through Skill Training and Placement” under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) Project jointly organized by NSDC Partners – GTTI, NSHM Udaan, Orion Edutech & AISECT at Lalthanhawla Auditorium, Aizawl. The programme was chaired by Mrs. K. Zothanzuali (CMM). DAY-NULM State Mission Director Mr. Joseph H. Lalramsanga and other Officers were presents in the programme and delivered short lectures. On dated 8th November, 2016 attended the One Day Workshop Cum Stake Holders Consultation on “Mizoram State Skill Development & Enterpreneurship Promotion Policy” organized by Labour, Employment & Industrial (LE&IT) Department & International Labour Organization (ILO). The Workship was Chaired by Pu Benjamina, IDAS, Commissioner & Secretary, LE&IT. Presentation was given by Dr. Partha S. Banerjee, Director DEFT, ILO Consultant. The Workshop was attended by LE&IT officials, representatives from various Govt. Departments, ILO & Local VTPs.
On 15th November, 2016 distributes Certificate, Reward and Skill Card to our successful candidates of ELE/Q4601 : Field Technician - Computing & Peripherals under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Project Phase 1 at KCIT Office. This is the first of its kind in Mizoram State in Electronics & Hardware Sector
